As a leading telecom industry they are one of the highest revenue generating industry with the 30+ collection executives on field in Hyderabad, the executives on field are also plenty in number and as a high revenue generation, it has become difficult for the client in collecting the repayment dues from the customers by operating all the executives based on zones, also executives need to check the active service schedules in their location. So the client requested a mobile app to monitor and manage their repayment dues.
