Information we collect
When you download Trinetra iWay app from Google Play Store and install for use, you provide us with following mobile permissions:
Calendar: To add job / schedule reminders to the in-built calendar app.
Camera: To take the pictures of completed schedules.
Location: To get the current location of the mobile app user while the app is in the foreground or background.
Storage: To store the pictures taken from the camera and to store the log files of the app.
Telephone: To redirect the mobile app user to the phone app & make calls.
‘Location’ has been the primary focus of our services, for which we collect GPS information from your mobile while the app is in the foreground and is being used by the mobile user. The demand (by our clients) from our services is that our mobile app should provide the location information throughout the time for which the app is configured to report in a day. This requires us to collect the GPS information even when the mobile app is pushed to the background, intentionally or due to other reasons (such as phone calls, other apps usage, etc.) The GPS information collection stops at the following instances:
- Reporting duration ends
- App is force stopped / killed by the mobile user
and resumes in the following instances:
- App is opened / activated by the mobile user
- Next reporting duration start is encountered
We shall explicitly seek your consent for using the location at initial configuration to provide you with information or service you requested. If you do not provide specified information, we may not be able to provide our services to you.
Who have access to information
Your information is made only accessible by a limited number of persons within Trinetra Wireless who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
